I thought this deserved to have its own post.
You know who they are, post' em. I decided to do this after seeing a submission almost hit the front page that was the most racists, vile post i've seen on mixx. It got there because of blind voters. Even some top mixxers.
With that said, this is a HALL OF FAME list, so someone who here and there blind votes doesn't count, we need to champs.
