I debated keeping this contest open another week, but Brian Wallace told me he wished a recent contest he held had been much shorter and now I know what he means. This isn’t the last contest we’ll have at The Bowl, and soon we may have some prizes for ourselves and not have to mooch off the Mixx guys .

Congrats to the winners! The Mixx guys should be getting in touch with you soon to determine how best to deliver your prize.

The contest isn’t a one avatar to rule them all, instead it will be broken down into several categories.

The categories are:

• Most Memorable
• Best Custom Design
• Best Self Picture
• Most Creative
• Funniest
• Most Serious
• Cutest not my idea

Of course cGt2099, joefowler3, and Bdog2g can’t be nominated, but we can nominate.

Post a comment with your vote in each category and on Tuesday January 15, 2008 check back to see if your name is next to one of the categories. If you can only think of one avatar, that’s cool, just post the name of the avatar and the category for which you think is best.

Remember, this is all in good fun and perhaps will help others (especially new people) to choose a proper avatar from themselves.
